Job Description

  • Monthly inventories for consumables including stationery, linen, printer cartridges, Pantry items.
  • Supervision of Office assistants.
  • Maintain filing systems in soft as well as hard copy as per ISO requirements
  • Update and Maintain Standard archiving systems in the computer.
  • Maintaining records of office keys.
  • Maintain Office Equipment records.
  • Project reference numbering system.
  • Printing of office stationery, greeting cards and visiting cards.
  • Attending telephone calls and keeping proper record of the calls / messages.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments for senior management
