The scope of work covered in a typical new building project
includes supervision and monitoring for:

• Testing and trials
Our project team strives to ensure maintaining schedules and
lines of communication throughout the project with the shipyard,
classification societies, designers, equipment suppliers and
owners. Through a well-developed progress monitoring system,
we ensure effective reporting procedures and timely project
completion.
At the owner’s discretion, our teams are capable of
continuing through the commissioning and trials until the
guarantee period to ensure a smooth transition to the vessel’s
eventual management staff.
